International Shipping Policy

At LUZUMI, we leverage world-class manufacturing centers in China and Vietnam to deliver high-performance, customized lighting solutions. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that our “ready-to-install” products reach your project site with the technical precision and care our 18-year legacy demands.

1. Global Manufacturing & Fulfillment

  • Origin of Shipment: Orders are primarily fulfilled directly from our manufacturing hubs in China and Vietnam or through our regional distribution centers, depending on project scale and technical requirements.
  • Lead Times: Because we specialize in customized and factory-assembled solutions, lead times include both precision manufacturing and international transit. Approximate shipping dates are provided at the time of order confirmation.

2. Freight & Shipping Rates

  • Standard Freight: We utilize professional global carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) and air freight to ensure safe transit, as well as ocean containers for large shipments.
  • Freight Policies: Customized freight quotes are provided during the bidding phase to optimize your project budget. Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination, and will be added to the invoice.

3. Customs, Duties, & Taxes

  • International Orders: For all orders shipped from our overseas facilities, the Purchaser is the Importer of Record and is responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
  • Documentation: LUZUMI provides all necessary commercial invoices and packing lists to facilitate a smooth customs clearance process.

4. Expedited Air Freight

  • Timeline Optimization: If your project requires a shorter lead time, we can accommodate expedited air freight from our China or Vietnam facilities.
  • Cost: The purchaser is responsible for the full cost of expedited shipping regardless of the total order value.

5. Transit Protection & Inspection

  • Factory-Precision Packaging: Our products are packed using reinforced materials designed for international transit, ensuring your architectural profiles and task lighting arrive in pristine condition.
  • Receiving Shipments: Please inspect the shipment upon delivery. Any claims for transit damage must be submitted within 10 calendar days to initiate a damage claim with the carrier. 
  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier at our manufacturing facility.
