1. Manufacturing & Customization

  • Bespoke Engineering: LUZUMI specializes in customized lighting solutions. All custom-manufactured products and factory-assembled systems are produced based on the technical specifications provided by the Buyer and verified through our technical review process.
  • Non-Cancellable Orders: Once production has commenced for customized or factory-assembled products, orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

2. Technical Accuracy & Responsibility

  • Specification Review: While LUZUMI provides expert assistance with driver planning and wiring diagrams, the final responsibility for on-site electrical compatibility and adherence to local building codes rests with the Buyer and their licensed professionals.
  • Field Modifications: Any unauthorized field modifications to factory-assembled products may compromise the system’s energy-saving technology and will void the 2–5 year warranty.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Quotations: Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. We strive to provide innovative solutions that stand out while remaining optimized for various project budgets.
  • Terms of Payment: Payment terms are as specified on the invoice. Failure to pay within terms may result in the suspension of future orders and the loss of freight allowances.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Delivery Timelines: Shipping dates are approximate. LUZUMI is not liable for project delays caused by shipping carriers or delays in receiving necessary project information from the Buyer.
  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier at our manufacturing facility.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Proprietary Designs: All technical drawings, custom wiring layouts, and innovative lighting designs developed by LUZUMI remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company.
  • Authorized Use: Partners and our network of 1,000+ distributors are granted a limited license to use LUZUMI marketing assets solely for the promotion and sale of LUZUMI products.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Indirect Damages: LUZUMI shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to lost profits, injury to reputation, or labor costs associated with the removal or installation of products.
  • Maximum Liability: LUZUMI’s sole liability for any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price of the specific product involved.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LUZUMI’s manufacturing headquarters is located.
