This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser (“Buyer”). All sales on obsolete, discontinued, or clearance products are final and are not covered by this Warranty.

4. Buyer’s Acknowledgement
Lighting design and installation are complex processes. LUZUMI provides superior support and technical reviews based on information provided by the Buyer; however, LUZUMI cannot foresee every unknown factor in the field. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to adhere strictly to LUZUMI Specification Sheets.
Degradation: Minor light degradation and color shift are normal parts of an LED’s life span. Replacement products are not guaranteed to match the exact color temperature or output of existing installed products due to natural aging.
Purchaser Acknowledgment of Policy Updates: The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that LUZUMI reserves the right to amend this Limited Warranty at any time. Any such amendment will be made public by posting the updated version on our official website.
Amendments shall become effective immediately upon posting and will apply to all orders received after the date of publication. This ensures that our global network of over 1,000 distributors and partners always has access to the most current terms reflecting our latest technological innovations and manufacturing standards.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact Support: Contact LUZUMI Customer Service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Submit Proof: Provide proof of purchase (invoice or packing slip) and a completed RMA form.
- Review: LUZUMI reserves the right to examine the installation site and test products to determine the cause of failure. Failure to follow the RMA procedure will void this Warranty.
